MCP server

@launa/mcp-server exposes Launa seller API actions as MCP tools for Cursor, Claude Desktop, and compatible hosts. API key auth only — no JWT support.

Install and run

npx @launa/mcp-server

Requires Node.js 18+.

Set LAUNA_API_KEY (scoped launa_live_... or launa_sandbox_... key from the Launa dashboard). Optional: LAUNA_BASE_URL (default https://api.launa.io). For paying gateway URLs, set LAUNA_EVM_PRIVATE_KEY and/or HEDERA_ACCOUNT_ID + HEDERA_PRIVATE_KEY.

Pair key prefix with base URL — API key environment cannot be overridden with LAUNA_ENVIRONMENT or LAUNA_SANDBOX:

Wrong pairing → 401 {"error":"invalid token"}. For Sandbox / Test mode, use an launa_sandbox_... key with the staging URL above; default endpoint pricing uses the Anvil fork network. Sandbox wallet private keys are not available via MCP (JWT-only) — use the CLI or Sandbox guide.

To enable Hedera payments on launa_pay_url, add HEDERA_ACCOUNT_ID and HEDERA_PRIVATE_KEY to env.

Scopes

Create keys with the apiManager preset for create/update flows. Add wallet credentials to enable in-process payment via launa_pay_url.
